This policy explains how WorkTime uses cookies and similar technologies on worktimeng.com and in WorkTime workspaces. Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser.
1. Cookies we always use
These are needed for the site and the app to work, so they cannot be switched off:
- Session (uniquecoder): keeps you signed in and protects forms. Deleted when you close the browser or sign out.
- 语言 (_crm_wt_lang) and currency (_crm_wt_cur): remember the language and currency you chose. Kept for one year.
- Cookie choice (wt_consent): remembers your answer to the cookie banner. Kept for one year.
- 安全: our network provider may set a cookie to tell people from automated attacks.
We also store small items in your browser's local storage, such as your AI chat conversation for the current visit and whether you have already seen the chat invitation. These never leave your browser except when you send a chat message.
2. Optional cookies
- Live chat: when you choose to chat with a person, our live-chat provider Tawk.to loads and sets its own cookies to keep the conversation going. It does not load until you ask for it.
- Embedded services: features you choose to use, such as video meetings or online payments, may set cookies from those providers.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell information collected by cookies.
3. Your choices
The first time you visit we ask whether you accept optional cookies. You can change your answer at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, and you can delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies we always use, signing in will not work.
